About Deepika Gopal
Dr. Deepika Gopal is a clinical cardiologist with The Heart Group and is on the medical staff at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano, Baylor Regional Medical Center in Plano, and Medical City Hospital in Dallas. She is medical director of the Women’s Cardiovascular Institute, and Cardiac MRI at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano. She is actively involved in research trials and is the principal investigator for the NIH sponsored trials VIRGO and ISCHEMIA, and is a co-investigator in the COAPT, PARTNER 2, and STOP AF PAS trials.
