About Steven Kindsvater
Steven Kindsvater, MD is a board certified cardiovascular specialist skilled in the full range of heart and vascular care. He is well-versed in the field of coronary, carotid, and peripheral vascular intervention and is active in cardiovascular research. Dr. Kindsvater has special interest in heart rhythm management and pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, as well as advanced heart failure therapies to include cardiac resynchronization therapy and the newest heart failure medical treatments. In 2004, Dr. Kindsvater was assigned as the Chief of Cardiovascular Services at Keesler Medical in Biloxi, Mississippi. During his tenure from 2004 to 2015, Dr. Kindsvater led the busiest heart and vascular center in the U.S. military. Currently, Dr. Kindsvater is serving as the Vice Chairman of Cardiovascular Medicine at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano.
